Our Rainbow cookie is mixed with pieces of Italian Rainbow cookie mixed throughout our premium chocolate chip dough for a taste of rainbow cookie with each bite. (Red, White & Blue for Memorial Day and 4th of July). Shelf Life: 2-3 Weeks at Room Temp. Up to 12 Months in Freezer. Cookies are to be sold in our branded packaging at all times. Removing product from packaging decreases freshness and quality.
